  College Station has the best location to campus and best value for your money. The property is also undergoing massive renovations, including new appliances and a brand new Student Center. Once completed, College Station will definitely be the best place to live!

  The new renovations for the bathrooms and kitchens make the units a lot nicer. Since the management change at the beginning of 2018, they have really stepped their game up. Building exteriors are being renovated and the brick looks great. Best price and location for GCSU students looking for apartments.

  College Station has been my home since August 2017 and my original impression was one of indifference. My thoughts were "not bad, but not necessarily great," however, the affordable price and unbeatable location is what pushed it over the line. In early 2018 things started changing drastically, new management was brought in and they started doing some major renovations to the property. Residing some of the buildings that were started to look dated, completely updating the bathrooms, kitchen, and they added all new appliances. They are also adding a student center with a gym, lounge, and study hall!!! The management being younger is something that I have found very helpful as they understand many of the struggles and frustrations that I have (because they experience similar situations) and are always willing to work with me. I feel excited to enjoy the affordability and prime location for another year, but I'm even more excited to enjoy all of the improvements College Station is making!
